"...stupid to have ever liked you." - Park
That line describes everything I'm thinking when it comes to relationships and the opposite sex.
So let's see...
The weather has gotten to what it's supposed to be, not fucking 90degree weather in the middle of November. Although rainy weather makes me all bleh, I'd still prefer it over the heat. Not much has gone on since school ended last week. I don't even know what the hell to do with myself during the day/nights; And it doesn't help that the weather's all sad looking. HAHAH.
Well, to recap this weekend:
Friday I picked up Franky, and both of us headed to The Green Turtle in Whittier for the Tiefighter show. We got there a tad late, when The Light Year was playing, but got to see most of their set. Both bands were really good. All the OC people left early because they wanted to "rage." Franky and I stayed for the entire show. This Time Next Year headlined, and they're not that dope. I've tried getting into them, three times already. Not my cup of tea. Anyways, this show ended way too damn early and I didn't want to call it a night at 11pm. So we, Franky and I, headed down to Tustin for Trevor's birthday party. As soon as we were about 10minutes away, I get a call from Billy saying that the party got raided. It was 11something, I think. We then just met up with some of the T-town kids, and kicked it for a bit. After about an hour of total awkward-ness, I wanted to leave and meet up with people that I felt more comfortable with. We met up with all the 21+year olds that went to the Dear Life show at In-n-Out, which was ironic because we had just came from the In-n-Out in Tustin. Super lame. We kicked it there till it closed, and they turned the lights off on us. Pretty chill, I must say.
Saturday was another gloomy day. I slept in, as usual, and got ready at around 4 to meet up with the Apostol's for the Dear Life show in Downey. The show was chill, another church show. Seen some of the kids from the night before's show. Hhahahah. It's weird, cause I feel super old at shows now...And I'm not even old. Geez. This night ended early as well. 2 bands dropped from the show. After packing up, we headed back home. I got home around 11ish. For some reason I've been wanting to be out lately. So I hit up Chuck and met up with him, Kris, Darrell, David, and Drea at Denny's and kicked it with them. We made friends with our waiter, and he ended up hating me by the end of our meal. Hahah. :D David and Drea left right after we ate. Kris, Darrell, Chuck, and I hung out at Denny's, while I watched them ride their bikes. Hahaha. Then after about half an hour, we called it a night since it was fucking freezing!
Sunday was my "lazy day." Sucked. I didn't go to sleep till about 6:30am. -____-
And as for today, I got up a couple hours later to help the guys from Glad Rags. As soon as I got there, they put me to work. I went on an errand run to DownTown LA to the American Apparel warehouse. Hahaha, the guy that helped me was super nice, and pretty cute in his own unique kinda way. As I was walking to my car, he actually called out and said bye. :] And he's from Kansas. LOL.
