Counting Caloric Intake

I think from now on i'm going to try to count the calories I eat. I looked online to see how much calories I should eat in a day or whatever:
Maintenance:
1843 Calories/day
Fat Loss:
1474 Calories/day
Extreme Fat Loss:
1106 Calories/day

I'm just gonna round it out to 2000 calories a day. I'm not sure if that's a lot... appartently I didn't learn anything in my health/nutrition class. :[ but that machine is THE BEST they have at the gym. So stoked.
